Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
- Monitor production processes, machine operation, and manpower utilization.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, and relevant documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies during production.
- Support in implementing production schedules and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Identify any deviation or issue in the production process and report to the supervisor/manager.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and reduce wastage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
