Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive AGM – Factory Operation to lead the overall manufacturing operations of our pharmaceutical primary packaging products (such as PET bottles, HDPE bottles, caps & closures, ampoules, etc.). The position requires strong leadership, process excellence, and hands-on management skills in a GMP-compliant factory environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise total factory operations to ensure smooth production flow.
Plan, execute and monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinate among Production, QA/QC, SCM, Maintenance, HR & Admin departments.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
Implement cost reduction, waste minimization, and efficiency improvement programs.
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and ensure continuous improvement.
Train and develop workforce to enhance skill matrix and operational performance.
Prepare factory MIS, KPI reports, and submit regular performance updates to management.
