Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel as per business requirements.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Role:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s range of pharmaceutical plastic packaging products. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.

  • Promote and sell plastic packaging products (e.g., caps, bottles, containers, droppers, stoppers, spoons, etc.) to pharmaceutical companies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
