Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per buyers' instructions.
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on full production of terry towel.
∎ Work with the Supplier Production Planning team to make a plan and to liaise with the Supplier Management to ensure the delivery.
∎ To give necessary instructions to the Production weaving/ Cutting / Sample team to make a sample of a buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Responsible to ensure production daily targets are met, and will be responsible if any supplier fails to achieve the production target.
∎ Must ensure all proper documentation of all activities in the production & Quality are arranged, as per industry and buyer standards and maintain daily follow up.
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports to Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant sector
∎ Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
∎ Functional proficiency (writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
