∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline. / Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical and Production shop floor activities and achieve the target by motivating people with available manpower.
∎ Planning Machinery and equipment's for predative and preventive maintenance.
∎ Customer relationship and timely product delivery.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with merchandising department.
∎ To monitor production target every hour.
∎ Report production Head about daily and total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities to sub ordinates, supervise their work, keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-Charge / Line-Chief and take necessary steps immediately.
∎ To Follow the principle of cost minimizing .
∎ Shipment follow up.
∎ Material follow up.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the product.
∎ Execute any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have well behave, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social , Technical Audit.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
