Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparels production in the factory as per the specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines
∎ Supervise the Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of Delivery.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Management capability should be very strong (who can lead all teams of cutting, sewing and finishing)
∎ Capable to handle the most critical styles with zero tolerance.
