Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing production related all activities of a production floor of the garments factory independently.
∎ The ideal candidate has to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Follow up all sample stages with customer and vendor up to the production approval.
∎ Having strong awareness of service and provide technical support for customers.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
∎ Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor;
∎ Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities.
∎ Implement the SOPs.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience deal the buyer like M&S, H & M, SAINSBURY, TESCO, MOTHERCARE, TARGET AUTRALIA, CARREFOUR, STANLY STELLA, TCHIBO, ZARA, KABIBAN.
∎ Having Experience deal the buyer M & S Preferable.
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 5 years in the advertised Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills.
∎ Must have Industrial Engineering knowledge.
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills.
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments.
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress.
Salary: Negotiable
