Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Recipe, Exposing, Fabrics, Produciton, Screen Printing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give Technical support to Print Production.
∎ Need to handle more than 200 people in production floor.
∎ Ability to handle the slopping table production
∎ Formulating effective strategic plans to meet top line profitability.
∎ Should be able to handle production most efficiently with optimum quality.
∎ Implementing systems, & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhancing operational efficiency.
∎ Implementing acceptable systems to enhance quality of products & ensuring compliance with standard quality, environment, health & safety standards.
∎ Capacity to work with production accounts system at style end.
∎ Intensively hourly follow - up of production and guideline for solve instantly.
∎ Capability to bottleneck analysis.
∎ Handle with Print Production floor as per SOP.
∎ Should be able to make costing of the print ,monthly budget plan
∎ Capacity to work with finance for business profit & loss .
∎ Capability of directly dealing with third party QC
∎ Experienced to work with latest compliance system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as the capacity as production managerial level in garments screen printing industry
