∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Factory Operation, FMCG Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to plan production activities, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day to day operation.
∎ A Production manager has to collaborate and meet with other managers.
∎ Ensure receiving and delivery schedules are followed accurately.
∎ You need to attend corporate meeting and arrange training as per requirements.
∎ To ensure production quality as per company’s standard and supply to market as per demand.
∎ To ensure zero market complain
∎ To recruit new manpower, monitor & utilization them for maximum productivity.
∎ To carry out day to day administrative work in factory.
∎ Responsible to generate different kinds of SOP’s and strong implementation.
∎ Coordinate with admin department for hiring and recruitment of all manufacturing personnel.
∎ Analyze workers requirements.
∎ Maintain security and safety system as per industrial law.
∎ To coordinate with transport & distribution department.
∎ Any other task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
