  • At least (05) five to (08) eight years of experience in the reputed Food and Beverage industry in a similar position (Manager R & D and QC) Requires understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Food Administration (FA) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged), Pet foods.

  • Must be competent and proficient in Windows, Internet, Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • BSTI Food quality control management Knowledge on ISO and HACCP Quality Control/ Audit Research and Development



Responsibilities & Context:
  • The role supports the new product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D and QC related lab activities.

  • Provides periodical assistance to Quality Assurance Team. Conducts daily analytical testing of products to develop QC spec parameters and analyses micro safety results of outside laboratory.

  • Agent for continuous improvement drives results and assists in problem solving/root cause investigations of production problems.

  • Basic to moderate knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labeling, natural food ingredients, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  • Candidates should have knowledge of different raw materials, chemicals, ingredients used in food and beverage industry approved by BSTI and ISO.

  • Excellent in testing of in process and finished products as per SOP`s.

  • Ensuring Quality assurance of finished goods in time.

  • Maintaining & monitoring day to day routine activities of on-line QC activities and record.

  • Maintain all controlled documents files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Must have Sound Knowledge about ISO 22000:2005, BSTI and HALAL and have practical experience for regular working with this authority.
