∎ Minimum H.S.C. Pass / Graduate will be preferred.

∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Inspection, Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have good working Experience in Woven Pant.
∎ Monitor and direct movements towards sewing department to meet daily production target.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled workers.
∎ Make sure the production capacity, quality & timing.
∎ Fully responsible from cutting to Packing / shipment.
∎ Ensure sewing production through line chiefs, line supervisors, operators & helpers.
∎ Carry out and coordinate to make sure successful inspection by third party auditor / buyer's representative.
∎ Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
∎ Communicate and follow with sewing, finishing, cutting, packing, maintenance, store, IE & Planning, Merchandising.
∎ Initiative with machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them.
∎ Well conversant of understanding technical file, PP comments & implementation in working place.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Establish effective communication with finishing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure & organize training to the Operators and Helpers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work with deadline and deal with work process.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Woven Garments.
∎ Minimum four years' experiences as production Manager in a large garment factory.
∎ Good managerial ability and strong leadership.
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Able to work independently.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
