∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objective and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ First output review against the sample. Follow up first output fabric measurement report.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Head of Quality Dept. to get action.
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Measuring production & Documenting evidence.
∎ Maintain Communication with the suppliers.
∎ Monitor fabric approval, inventory based on Micro-Production Plan (MPP) and update Head of Quality Dept. in case of any issues.
∎ Ensure the factory sends daily production update accurately to concerned merchant team.
∎ Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure delivery dates.
∎ Escalate exceptions and delays to Head of Quality Dept. for necessary action.
∎ Verify fabric quality, color, tests requirements, quality and placement as per tech pack and customer comments and maintain required quality levels in bulk production.
∎ Achieve sample quality and delivery KPI's above 95% on first time and on-time sample approval from Company HQ
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good working experience with composite units
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
