• Master’s degree in any relevant field (Industrial Engineering Degree is preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory production management.
• Japanese language proficiency is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).
• Preference for candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment or retired armed forces personnel.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years (flexible depending on experience)Good Knowledge to Speaking & Reading English.
• Good Knowledge to operate Computer (MS Word, Excel) internet email.
• Self-motivated.

We are a 100% export-oriented one of the most trustworthy Woven Wear manufacturers in Bangladesh seeking a Production Manager to oversee and lead the manufacturing processes in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production line, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to deadlines. Experience in factory production management, knowledge of industrial engineering, and fluency in English and Japanese are preferred.

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Manage production staff, provide guidance and training, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Prepare and maintain production reports for senior management.

• Coordinate with other departments (quality control, logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment of production targets.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Foster a culture of teamwork and performance excellence in the factory.

• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource planning.

• Manage Production Planning .
