∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
∎ Managing production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the scheduled time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet the deadline
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth operations with order forecasting
∎ Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed
∎ To control production floor administration.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Train the Line supervisors to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening and increase production.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Must have experience with Men's wear & Ladies wear styles.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the management to strategize future plans.
∎ Good knowledge of Floor compliance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
∎ The candidate should have at least 5-10 years working experience as a Production Manager.
