Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (Academic qualifications might be considered subject to having relevant industry experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies, manufacturing, technical and personal problems finds and report to management.
∎ Machine maintenance, monitors maintenance, installations and servicing of production equipment and facilities to ensure these meet regulatory standards.
∎ Prepare statistical analysis report, compare to Man Vs Machine and implement it.
∎ Overall monitoring on all departments' manpower & workers activities. Analysis and prepare report on short or surplus manpower from all departments of the factory.
∎ RAW Materials requisition, received RM & finish goods check & monitoring.
∎ RM & finish goods stock register book check & monitoring
∎ Factory administration control and advice to management.
∎ Distribution planning & monitoring advice to management.
∎ Planning for proper progress of the projects, monitoring the projects progress and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ To supervise the repairs, machine setting and maintenance of all machine and accessories conducted through the designated area of responsibilities.
∎ To supervise constriction works on regular intervals to ensure that jobs are done with proper quantity, standard and in consistent with working drawing.
∎ To coordinate with different departments to provide necessary decisions of projects and progress as per work schedule.
∎ Finding out ways for the cost minimization and cost efficient material as well as work methods.
∎ Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
∎ Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
∎ Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Industrial Safety, Factory compliance.
∎ Strong leadership quality and amiable personality
∎ Proactive, responsible and strong sense of decision making.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (Advance level MS Excel is a must).
