Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to run automatic Printing & Packaging factory.
∎ The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing & controlling the production schedules as per need.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and other peer managers.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed.
∎ Monitoring product standards and implement quality-control programmers.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost-effective by raw material sourcing & efficient way of worker utilization.
∎ Organizing workflow to meet specification and deadlines.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met in the factory
∎ Supervising and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
∎ Determining the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).
∎ Any other task as assigned by management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in production and quality ensuring for automatic carton
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills
∎ Pleasant, professional, mature and committed
∎ Highest degree of integrity and honesty
∎ Committed, responsive and be able to work under pressure
