Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspect of production from line feeding to packing to ensure the targets are met by delivering the quality goods on right time.
∎ Communicate company's vision and objectives to all members of the production team.
∎ Maintain / monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and top management.
∎ Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.
∎ Maintain, analyze and make actions for the data variances
∎ Make decision for the problem, which cannot solve by the junior level and need to be a living example in the floor.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of time & labor.
∎ Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both staff and workers by motivating them to come to work. (With the support of HR team)
∎ Confirm the minimum social standard compliance issues

∎ Age at least 34 years
