Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Food Engineering/IPE/Mechanical Engineering/Post Graduate in any discipline with relevant experienced

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for administering daily operations of the factory including maintaining records, calendar administration, meeting planning, and communication management for the operations team.
∎ Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs.
∎ Responsible for ensuring process operation within permissible limits, cost control and efficiency improvement.
∎ Coordinating between different department such as engineering, quality, store, etc. for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ Supervising the production team in scheduling the actions according to priority and as per company requirements.
∎ Practice conflict resolution among Departments and Employees.
∎ Ensure following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance and human rights standards in the department.
∎ Work with General Manager (Operations) in preparation of the factory production work plans.
∎ Work with HR department for need assessment and scheduling the trainings. And ensure providing practical training to Staff & Workers as per schedule.
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with management.
∎ Coordination with all concerned departments for ensuring production performance and quality as per set targets and standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience at Manager Level preferably in Production Department in any large Factory/FMCG.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good IT knowledge - for utilizing the same for regular works and reporting.
∎ Qualified Food Technologist - extra long experience with basic degree in Science may be considered subject to possession of desired skills.
∎ Knowledge of Food processing techniques, especially for Noodles, Snacks, etc.
∎ Knowledge of Food chemistry for snack products
∎ Floor management skills for managing production and packing floors
∎ Trouble shooting skills for managing day to day operational issues
∎ Sufficient knowledge of operating equipment's for producing and packing noodles and snacks.
∎ Good track record of controlling snacks production floors.
∎ Production planning and implementation skills.
∎ Should possess excellent networking skills, entrepreneurially orientated, ability to take independent initiatives and implement own ideas.
∎ Result-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment.
∎ Be self-motivated, proactive and confident to deal with business community.
∎ Sufficient experience of working under international systems such as ISO, TQM, SAP, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of relevant laws such as Labor laws, Food Safety Act, BSTI, Environment, etc.
