Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in any disciplinary.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
∎ The Production Manager is accountable for achieving established company goals; including profitability, product quality and accuracy,
∎ Continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation and follow through of agreed upon changes.
∎ Staff productivity, scheduling efficiencies and the oversight of equipment, system performance and downtime.
∎ Identify growth opportunities; both financially and operationally.
∎ Work closely with GM production. Maintain relationship with all section heads and others department.
∎ Performing periodic reviews and development opportunities relating to Supervisors and key personnel.
∎ Assisting subordinates with reviews and disciplinary matters as needed.
∎ Assure process team: 100% adherence to all company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Ceramics Industries (Table Ware/ Sanitary/ Tiles).
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Delegation, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Leadership, Problem solving and decision making, Scheduling, Time Management skills
