∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (Textile Engineering background will be preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and follow up of 40 sewing lines production.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production team to meet the regular production target.
∎ To ensure overall housekeeping and to take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
∎ To ensure a smooth work relation with other section like Store, Cutting, Sample, Finishing and Quality.
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding Technical issues.
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Department in order to uphold human rights and development of production workforce.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision .
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate production workforce.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English .
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
