Garment production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control sewing line, Operators, supervisors & trainers.
∎ To ensure daily production as per target.
∎ To solve any kind of production related problems which may arise in the floor.
∎ Maintain discipline in sewing section.
∎ To keep all records related to production.
∎ To motivate Supervisors & Operators to increase production & ensure Quality.
∎ Receive machine attachments through maintenance department.
∎ Follow swatch carefully before starting production & provide swatch board instructions & sample in the following line & to ensure that materials are available for running style in sewing section. Co-operate with quality assurance department to maintain the Quality standard.
∎ Provide technical file, paper such as-MO sheet, production chart, measurement chart, technical advice etc. to line Supervisor.
∎ Ensure better working environment & job satisfaction for the production personnel.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
