Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline. Educational Qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have Vast Knowledge about Garments Oriented Polybag.
∎ Have sound Knowledge regarding costing & billing of Garments Oriented Polybag.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Able to Work Under pressure and multitasking ability.
∎ Applicants are expected to be Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous, detailed, well organized and focused to meet deadlines.
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then reason is to be found out from production manager and he is to be guided for more production.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments accessories and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decision
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Manage work in progress costing and quality.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management on Garments Poly Bag industries.
∎ The applications should have experience in the following areas: Maintenance, Quality.
∎ Manpower handling capability
∎ Must be Computer literate.
∎ Excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English
