Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Garments production floor.
∎ To maximize quality production by ensuring the most effective and efficient usage of man and machines.
∎ To formulate production strategies and action plans to run the production unit smoothly.
∎ To minimize various production faults/errors to ensure best quality products for valued customers.
∎ Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost per pieces) and plan for continuous improvement·
∎ Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity.
∎ WIP (work in process) control and line balancing.
∎ Meet daily target production.
∎ To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Garments production floor.
