∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communicator, interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills.
∎ Well versed with latest MS office, outlook and internet explorer.
∎ Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to the fulfill marketing & sales department requirements.
∎ Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services
∎ Reviews and processes purchase orders
∎ Preparation of production planning, scheduling for respective production floor on time & monitoring
∎ Production progress and achievement on time
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
∎ Train employees and workers to meet production and operations requirement to keep face with technological advancement
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedure (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of men, material and machinery in the premises of the factory.
∎ Validation (installation, operational, performance qualification)
∎ GMP
∎ Setting of quality of laboratory (Design, equipment and manpower
∎ TQM and modern techniques
∎ Implementations of standards for raw materials packaging material and finish goods
∎ Certification and renewable of BSTI
∎ Handling of regulatory activities for BSTI, FIRE, FACTORY and other institution
∎ Communicate with Dhaka municipality BSTI and accredited authorities
∎ Experience of management representative ISO/GMP Audit
∎ Regulatory/ legal activities
∎ Coordinating with the team for managing all day-to-day operations within the warehouse
∎ Consisting monitoring raw and packaging materials stock to avoid low or over inventory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience in Production of Toiletries, Cosmetics & Personal Care. QA/QC, R&D. Manufacturing (FMCG), Reporting and Documentation, Strategic Planning.
