∎ The Production Manager / Chemist is responsible for the daily production process and coordination of all activities and operations related to the manufacturing. In addition, they are responsible for product formulation and R&D. They will monitor plants, materials, human resources, schedules and maintenance to ensure timely operations. They will create and adjust processes as needed to maximize productivity and product quality."

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Manager will drive the entire operations of the plant end to end through planning and effective day to day administration of the plant to meet long term goals.
∎ Organizes workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule.
∎ Prepares, updates and communicates the production schedule to the team ensuring that the production is cost effective, on-time and meeting quality standards.
∎ Assesses project and resources requirements and ensures availability of resources for production.
∎ Ensure the finished goods supply as per schedule.
∎ Perform R&D and formulation for soap, detergents, cosmetics and other FMCG products.
∎ Ensures that production control records are maintained, provides information to sales team and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems.
∎ Drives smooth production operations for the factory.
∎ Ensures compliance with all safety requirements on the floor.
∎ Conducts production meetings and liaise with various departments to ensure that entire production cycle is smooth.
∎ Monitors the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
∎ Runs a structured process for understanding complaints and taking corrective actions.
∎ Leads new project related initiatives as assigned.
∎ Monitors quality, accuracy and timeliness of all orders.
∎ Drives process improvement efforts.
∎ Studies production numbers and measures productivity and possibilities for cost reduction.
∎ Monitor raw material supplies to ensure quality.
∎ Submit daily and periodical production reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals or related industry
∎ Must be well conversant in MS Excel and MS Word.
∎ Professionalism, Hardworking, Problem solving skills
∎ Production premises at Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
