Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee all activities of the factory and outlets.
∎ • Manage day to day business opearations while balancing the responsibilities of various fuctions of factory and outlets.
∎ • Work with sales teams to help set and meet daily and monthly goals.
∎ • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
∎ • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with customers, internal functions, and external vendors.
∎ • Train and guide technical and sales staff.
∎ • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
∎ • Coordinate different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
∎ • Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
∎ • Support all functions of the business to work together.
∎ • Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement
∎ • Any other task is given by management
