Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B Sc/ M Sc in Textile from a reputed University/ Apparel Manufacturing and Technology Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and follow up total production flow to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To Prepare Production plan (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the workers.
∎ Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the blockages and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ To analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to enhance performance efficiencies.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees reporting to the position
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving blockages and engineering workplaces.
∎ To review production plan with capacity and strength.
∎ To evaluate and assess weekly machine and manpower requirement
∎ To manage technical and proper production line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 year(s) in Textile/ Apparel Manufacturing/ Garments industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in overall Production Management of Textile/ Should have experience in handling independently full production and quality system of a Fashion House/ Textile/ Garments industry.
Salary:
