Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity
∎ Brand strategy, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Sourcing for new buyers and develop new market.
∎ Develop & maintain business relationship through regular contact, communication and outlet visits
∎ Planning and execution of all communications, including online and social media
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Preparing of sales target, sales meeting, formulating visit program and performance evaluation of Marketing Officers’ monthly
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company;
∎ Maintain close relationship with the existing Retailers and Develop the new Retailers
∎ To arrange promotional activity like Retailers meeting, get together with potential Retailers
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items, Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning/Branding/ Development /Marketing of Textile and Fashion will get preference.
∎ Performance oriented.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive compensation package shall be provided to the deserving person.
