∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation with diploma in Fashion Merchandising/ Apparel Merchandising.
∎ Masters or MBA in Marketing from a reputed university will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing and Production department.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Leader of a Marketing and Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Ability on Supply Chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Should be capable of new business development and promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
