∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the production team with the required command, guidance, appropriate direction and supervision for its daily/weekly/monthly production target achievement.
∎ Close coordination with production planning, the sample-making department, and other related sections will give the production team a clear understanding of the sample before its bulk production.
∎ To guide the team for an effective machine layout to execute its production schedule and to ensure the utilisation of the man, machines, and materials cost-effectively.
∎ Monitoring hourly production as per its set target.Report on daily production status.
∎ Ensure the team clearly understands their respective duties and responsibilities at each level and coaches/guides them in the proper way of achieving the company’s goal.
∎ To make the team accountable for any target achievement failure and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To ensure a tidy, neat & clean production floor in line with its buyers’ compliance requirements.
∎ To initiate on-the-job training for the development of the team members.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
