Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining & following up on the Stock Register.
To ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer’s demand.
Ensure all accessories are supplied to the factory according to consumption.
To ensure all accessories inventory.
Maintaining of Stock Register of all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment.
To Face The Annual Inventory With The External & Internal Auditor.
To ensure swatch and approval after receiving accessories.
To ensure continuous communication with suppliers.
To ensure that all remaining accessories are reported to the management after shipment.
Maintaining & following up on PI, L/C, and Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA)
Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
Any other responsibilities provided by the reporting head and the management.
