∎ IE background is highly preferable.

∎ At least 15 year(s)

Garment production, IE, Production planning, Quality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Industrial Engineering knowledge.
∎ Capable to produce 7-8 lines woven Top and Bottom garments.
∎ Must have woven garments experience to work with major buyers like Wal-Mart, H&M, Benetton, LIDL, Nygard etc.
∎ Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Follow up all sample stages with customer and vendor up to the production approval. Discuss final approved sample with office QC department.
∎ Having strong awareness of service and provide technical support for customers.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
∎ Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor;
∎ The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance
∎ Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring cut, input, output & packing figures.
∎ Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.
∎ Achieving daily targets meeting production plan.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to do machine layout, time & motion study etc.
∎ Must have working experience in Industrial Engineering.
∎ We are looking for a real responsible person who is honest and can handle his duty professionally.
∎ Must be very organized and fluent in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management.
