∎ B.sc /M Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed University.
∎ Knowledge in Hybrid Rice Seed Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To survey the seeds market and analyze the data of other competitive companies
∎ To provide customer service to the farmers about the insect, pest& disease control
∎ Monitor all officers on sales promotion
∎ Prepare management report on competition
∎ Evaluate new market opportunity
∎ Monitoring products complain and report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ have previous experience in hybrid and OP rice production
∎ have previous experience of obtaining license for new products from the Ministry of Agriculture
∎ be able to work with colleagues from various background and ages
∎ Market Research
∎ Brand Promotion
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email,
∎ Able to meet deadlines
∎ Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
