Costing, Garments Manufacturing, Industrial & Production Engineering, Lean Management, Merchandising, Quality, Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You evaluate and ensure the quality of your products during production
∎ You follow up quality perimeter and final quality inspection
∎ You enforce the Decathlon social charter and look after compliance topics
∎ You ensure that our environmental and toxicology rules are respected
∎ You will be responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and setting up of the technical file
∎ You propose innovative ideas to create the products and optimize the development cost of them
∎ You coordinate the development and industrialization of the project plan to ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization
∎ You share continuous improvement culture and a problem solving mindset
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ You are passionate about sports
∎ You are excellent in speaking English
∎ You are hard working, curious to learn, responsible
∎ You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
∎ You are comfortable to visit factories 4 days in a week.
