Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline/preferred in Food Science./ Diploma in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals
∎ Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintain current quality standards
∎ Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with forecasted demand and take strategic initiatives to provide a clear sense of direction in Factory Operation
∎ Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
∎ Capacity to estimate costs, developing and setting the new methodologies and standards to increase the production.
∎ Address employees' issues and take necessary actions where applicable
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget
∎ Prepare and execute all SOPs of managerial and operational activities, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in similar position in reputed bakery and confectionery production company.

∎ Self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Strong understanding of production and measures of performance
∎ Familiarity with factory compliance and management best practices
∎ Good organizational and leadership skills
∎ Ready to work long hour in the factory environment.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Very Good in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) and email communication.
