Job Context:
∎ This job is in the middle-manager level. People Management, Machine Management and Materials Management are the three basic areas where the incumbent will be required to perform his duties. Other details are listed below.
∎ New entrant(s) will undergo a probation period of three months which will be reviewed and a further three months may be extended, if the candidate was found not-satisfactory. However, after the completion of initial 3+3 = 6 (six) months probation period then the candidate will be notified about their progress and confirmation / termination of the job will occur accordingly.
∎ **Probation can be broadly defined as a trial period for newly recruited employees.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make daily production reports with all key issues and to send them to management at every end of the shift.
∎ Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and leave/time-off requests.
∎ Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
∎ Ensure that daily production goals are met.
∎ Help prepare the salary/wages sheets of the workers.
∎ Train and integrate new workers.
∎ Responsible for the production, quality, delivery, safety.
∎ Manage all aspects of the shift through collaborative working with the staffs and workers
∎ Strive to continually improve production to reduce costs, improve production and quality.
∎ Act independently at the organizational level.
∎ To control and ensure all environmental standards for water, air, noise etc as prescribed by the statutory authorities of the Republic of Bangladesh.
∎ To formulate operation and maintenance SOP time to time and get it approved by management.
∎ Company culture in production, cost quality, discipline, relationship, attendance etc. Shall be maintained.
∎ All irregularities, machine breakdown, production disturbances shall be reported on time.

Our company was established in 2012 in the name and style of Key Mart Limited with Corporate office is at House # 515, Road # 8, Avenue # 4, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka-1216 and main factory is located at Eastern Housing (2nd Phase), Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka 1216.

We have been in the field of manufacturing and exporting PET-Bottle Flakes for over 10 years now in the present name but our association with this line of business is more than 20 years. Our recycling business involves reprocessing of used pet-bottles to make them suitable for the manufacturers of PSF (polyester staple fibers), PSY (polyester spun yarns), polyester-fabrics, PET Sheets, PET Resins (Pellets), PET Straps, etc. Our products are 100% exported and we are duly recognized as one of the important sectors in Bangladesh by the government.

We produce 100% clear PET flakes using our highly advanced recycling plant. Our PET Flakes and Pellets (Chips) have been exported to China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Pakistan, EU countries, USA and the United Kingdom.

We are at the verge of expansion of our production capacity into at least three folds from its current level. We are actively considering diversifying into manufacturing of PSF, Pellets (Resins), Straps. We are also in the trading business to import PSF and sell it in the Bangladesh market.

There are over 150 employees in permanent and casual jobs working for our company in 2 (Two) locations. We are also going to build a new factory beside the Mirpur Berribadh to facilitate erection of more modern crushing and washing lines.

Our Mission: We are committed to the clean environment policy of the government and we aim to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment. This is achieved by locally sourcing for post-industrial and post-consumer PET-plastic waste bottles and lumps. We encourage folks to recycle instead of throwing away PET-Plastics after use.
