• Should have experience in a similar role in VRM Cement Plant operations
• Should have strong knowledge of VRM and Cement Process
• Should have decision-making ability
• Should have ability to work under pressure
• Should be pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Well conversant in MS-Office and ERP

Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

• Monitor and control the operation of the Vertical Roller Mill to ensure optimum grinding performance, product quality, and energy efficiency. Adjust process parameters based on raw material variations

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in coordination with the plant manager. Prepare shift-wise and daily production reports, downtime analysis, and consumption records for raw materials and power

• Identify process bottlenecks and technical issues in the VRM system. Work with maintenance and instrumentation teams to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime

• Ensure that the cement produced meets the required quality standards by coordinating with the quality control lab

• Ensure all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment in the mill area
