Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product category: all kind of knitted items (tops & bottoms).
∎ Ensure the all kind of products safety requirements as global customer expectation.
∎ Train the factory about products safety standard.
∎ Make the decision to advise factory all kind of washing requirements/standard to communicate with Merchandiser.
∎ Tracking the all kind of chemical test report from lab and inform to buyer & supplier if any failure to get the resolve within short time.
∎ Calibrate button pull test machine on daily basis;
∎ Perform pull test every two hours as per requirement of buyers and prepare report;
∎ Check lux value of inspection room, dark room and production floor daily and report accordingly;
∎ Perform nickel test;
∎ Prepare snap button pinch setting report;
∎ Check moisture of garments after wash and before pack;
∎ Perform tearing test of thread;
∎ Train and check metal detector operators;
∎ Train and check Needle management system
∎ Train and check production workers on sharp tools and safety issues;
∎ Calibrate measurement tapes;
∎ Preserve all test reports and produce back in time;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
