∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ • At least 10 years practical experience as Product Safety Officer in any reputed 100% export oriented Woven garments industry.
∎ • Must have expertise in MS Office program
∎ • Outstanding communication skill
∎ • Candidate having diploma /training in product safety will be preferred.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Develop SOP to ensure product Safety.
∎ • Conduct Internal Audit to mitigate all type product safety issues.
∎ • Control of needle procedure, metal pass, dispose & contamination.
∎ • Ensure that factory is safe for consumers to use and workers are protected from potential hazards.
∎ • Ensure Product Safety compliance with applicable law, regulations and industry standards by gathering data, communicating safety information/updates to internal and external business partners, filing data, and entering information into a database.
∎ • Plan, guide and drive the project’s product safety related tasks, according to customers’ quality and safety standards.
∎ Support maintenance in product safety related design of equipment’s & structure and make sure that the product provides the required functional and technical safety.
∎ • Continuously review products to ensure each meets safety specifications, including appropriate instructions and warning labels.
∎ Develop and deliver communications to internal stakeholders regarding product safety issues such as product lockdowns research, track, and identify risk exposure to product quality, safety and compliance.
∎ • Communicate strategies, programs, policies, manuals and guidelines to reduce risk to consumers, the environment, and Brand and ensure compliance with current and upcoming global product safety requirements.
∎ • Ensure products are properly categorized as per regulatory requirements and as per customers safety standard.
∎ • Produce core Product Safety documents in accordance with the customers’ requirement.
∎ • To ensure product safety for technical audit as per company policy & customers COC.
