Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in CSE/CIS/EEE/ETE
∎ Must have CCNA certification but CCNP is preferred.

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the Product Manager of Networking Products, who solely owns and responsible for overall operation of the assigned products to ensure sustainable business growth, achieve business target, end-to-end success and continuous process development.
∎ Prepare the appropriate sustainable development plan, feasibility study and activities for manufacturing locally, as well as find the project scope, schedules, costs, and resources to make sure the project stays remain on track and under the approved budget.
∎ Work cross-functionally with top management, other concerned departments, and all internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain management.
∎ Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of assigned products and necessary materials or components from Locally & Internationally by maintaining effective specifications with highest quality and standard.
∎ Develop, manage & analyze the market for innovating new products, create product strategy & roadmap by doing in-depth market analysis, benchmarking, and market feasibility.
∎ Supervise the overall project and maintain proper correspondents with R&I, commercial, logistics, inventory, production, QC, after-sales service, design & branding, sales, and other correlated departments.
∎ Develop and prepare quarterly/yearly product forecasting and define order volumes based on forecasted demand, available inventory, and sell-out rate.
∎ To coordinate production and planning department and follow up raw material stock and confirm purchase order to suppliers based on the requirements and maintain reorder point of each item ensuring stock of supplies at an optimum level.
∎ To develop contract terms and negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring best available practices of procurement. (NDA, MoU, AMC, Service agreement, Spare Parts available etc.).
∎ Finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD BOM, all types of customization checklist, pre-inspection checklist, IQC/PQC/OQC checklist, SOP for production, and guidance for after-sales service, by maintaining proper correspondents with concerned departments.
∎ To ensure regularly communication with Sales team to achieve monthly sales target and regular correspondence with Marketing, Branding teams.
∎ Any other responsibility as instructed by Supervisor/Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have working experience with nationwide ISP for 3-5 years & also have knowledge about the business of networking devices in Bangladesh.
∎ Working experience with GPON OLT, ONU etc.
∎ Working knowledge with different types of routing protocols like Static, PPPoE with multiple network and configuration skill with Mikrotik & Cisco Systems.
∎ Having professional knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, L2 & L3 layer concept.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults to assist service team.
∎ Practical knowledge to install & configure networking Switch, Router &Wireless Devices & OLT
∎ Vendor Certification Preferable: CCNA, JNCIA, MTCRE.
