∎ B.Sc. in Fisheries (Hons) from any recognized University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plan and strategies for assigned Aqua products
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned Aqua products
∎ Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned Aqua products
∎ Provide training to the Field Forces and support for implementing marketing plan
∎ Ensure all marketing and promotional programs performing effectively
∎ Provide inputs to innovate new aqua products which will increase the overall business
∎ Attending seminar and symposium assigned by management
∎ Playing as a strategic partner of the sales team to ensure the sales targets becomes achievable
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
∎ Smart, energetic, innovative, and willing to travel frequently
∎ Computer literate
∎ Ability to work as a team member
