Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a sales team of 6-10 people.
∎ Ensure effective monitoring to achieve the set target(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experienced candidates (preferably from the Oncology Team) as Area Manager/Territory Manager of any reputable pharmaceutical company will receive preference.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with doctors.
∎ A go-getter attitude to accomplish tasks.
∎ Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali are required.
∎ Should be well-versed in strategic sales planning.
∎ Computer literate
