Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a Sales Team of 6-10 people
∎ Ensure effective monitoring to achieve the set target(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a cardiac sales team (as a DSM) in one of the Top 10 Pharma companies.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with doctors.
∎ Should have an optimistic career objective, good leadership qualities, strong product knowledge, and a track record of continuous achievement.
∎ Go-getter attitude to accomplish tasks.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Well-versed in strategic sales planning.
∎ Computer literate.
