Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Communicate and visit channel partners & stakeholders.
∎ 2. Engage with followers and customers and resolve customer queries
∎ 3. Achieve sales targets within specified time frames.
∎ 4. Demonstrate proficient communication skills in basic English.
∎ 5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 6. Strengthen relationships with social media influencers.
∎ 7. Experience of interacting with customers and convincing to buy the videography accessories
∎ 8. Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
∎ 9. Handle live streaming for events and regular content creation and upload.
∎ 10. Optimize content coming from content developers & update content across various social media channels
∎ 11. Keep an eye on the latest social media trends.
∎ 12. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
∎ 13. Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ 14. Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts
