Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be graduate (minimum) from any recognized institution with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate must have 10 years of experience on padded jacket/outerwear products development from reputed garment manufacturing industries.
∎ Proper knowledge on jacket/outerwear pattern is mandatory.
∎ Technical knowledge on sewing operations and processes.
∎ Good command in English in both written and oral.
∎ Able to analyze buyer's tech pack, BOM sheet. Capable to identify inconsistencies in files.
∎ Proper knowledge on different type of fabric, Trims & Accessories.
∎ Excellent skill on Microsoft Office especially on Excel.
∎ Aware about testing procedures of component as well as garments.
∎ Able to work under pressure and lead the team.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Working hour: 9:00 am to 7:30 pm.
∎ Lunch facility is not available.
∎ Two Festival Bonus after completing one year job successfully.
∎ Earn leave encashment yearly.
∎ Work Station is Uttara, Dhaka. A successful candidate has to be willing to live at Uttara or nearby at his own arrangement.
∎ Pick up and drop off facilities are not available.
∎ Weekly holiday is Sunday.
