Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market or allow their clients to remain competitive.
∎ Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.
∎ Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.
∎ Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
∎ Generates and evaluates new product ideas and concepts and identify business opportunities and formulates product concepts
∎ Conducts research, identifies, tracks, and analyzes disruptive technologies events and business models shaping the digital world.
∎ Secures proper business approvals for the development and launch of new products.
∎ Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Teams in monitoring product performance from launch stage and initiate appropriates solutions in case of product rollout problems.
∎ Develop innovative products that will give a competitive advantage in the market.
∎ Keeps up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect new product development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field.
∎ Creative and innovative thinking skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Assess the viability of new products.
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environment.
∎ Proven track record of developing new concepts and bringing products to market.
∎ Has Innovation Convention, Creative, Business and Visionary skills
