Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of design trends and understanding of commercial yet fashionable product.
∎ Ability to design/develop ideas which are new as well as production feasible.
∎ Understanding for forecasting trends by researching on the internet, and monitoring market developments and competitors activity.
∎ Basic knowledge for design process to create own sketches for product development.
∎ Proper execution of developments keeping the time frame in mind due to our quick fashion seasons.
∎ Satisfactory knowledge about fabric, garment washing, materials, printing and embroidery etc.
∎ Secure clear and effective communication and understanding between buying office and production team.
