Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for the delivery and execution of complex strategic sourcing projects, including Professional Services, Contract Labor, Facilities, and Marketing Services etc. This includes defining category specific sourcing strategies and manage annual planning process, Soliciting EoIs and managing the end to end sourcing process.
∎ This position also includes managing relations with suppliers, optimizing supplier base, conducting suppliers development program etc. to maximize the resources of BRCR - WV Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Proactive Strategic Sourcing Process
∎ * Conduct spend analyses
∎ * Define spend categories to determine optimal sequencing, definition, and parameters of commodities
∎ * Assess strategic importance of commodity categories
∎ * Evaluate company purchasing patterns and forecast trends
∎ * Develop plan schedule and formulate strategies to achieve plan objectives
∎ * Determine sourcing options and supply alternatives
∎ * Optimize supplier base and develop suppliers
∎ Teaming - will lead large cross functional sourcing teams to source complex business requirements, and will demonstrate an understanding of business, legal, and fiscal requirements governing spend. He/She will work collaboratively with the individuals in the Procure-to-Pay process area to ensure successful implementation of all sourcing projects.
∎ Customer and Supplier Engagement - will regularly engage with internal program leaders and suppliers. With regards to internal program leaders this will include the review of strategic sourcing opportunities, establishing sourcing strategies and plans that link to overall program strategies, delivery of project progress reports, and the management of escalation issues. With regards to supplier engagement, this will include leading the end-to-end supplier selection and bidding processes across high value spend, contract negotiation processes, and continuous improvement processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years relevant experience required in Strategic Sourcing for Professional Services, Contract Labor, Facilities, Construction, Corporate Services, MRO, Human Resources, Marketing services or procurement experience including telecom, hardware, software, services, technology licensing structure and license compliance, including terms and conditions.
∎ Demonstrated success in establishing, managing and leading and large project teams which result in successful sourcing project delivery with qualitative and quantitative results.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively deal with a fast-paced and changing environment.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the company through oral and written forms such as presentations and reports. Experience working on communication plans and change management techniques. Should be an articulate, persuasive leader who is comfortable working at all levels.
∎ Ability to develop metrics, methods and procedures which drive results across projects, and provide linkage to corporate objectives. Excellent analytical skills are required.
∎ Experience performing detailed analyses of complex data or situations. Performing supplier financial analyses. Experience in reporting, and the use of spreadsheets.
∎ Experience in driving customer satisfaction through proven, measurable sourcing results while balancing controls and risk mitigation.
∎ Strong contract negotiation skills and experience working with legal throughout complex contracting processes.
∎ Experience in using eSourcing tools and technologies preferred, including eRFx, reverse auctions, project management tools, contract management tools. Also experience required in procurement ERP modules.
∎ Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes.
