Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
∎ Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
∎ Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
∎ Review all venders and suppliers
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
∎ Work with team members to complete duties as needed
∎ Maintain and update a list of suppliers
∎ Ability to negotiate contracts
∎ Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time efficiently
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Accurate attention to detail
∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player
∎ Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
