On time delivery and hit KPIs:

• Monitor team and make sure team hit the KPIs and follow SOP in daily tasks.

• Control and follow up inventory utilization.

• Leading team on materials issue solving, work with suppliers on continously improvement and deal optional solutions of materials issue. Co-ordinating with cross functional departments to solve all material issues in time to avoid production plan impact.

• Manage supplier's monthly performance

• Leading team on monthly meeting with supplier and work with supplier for improvement.

• Evaluate and control supplier's performance (quality/ service).

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor daily work of each team member to meet requested deadline from related departments.

• Balance team’s workload bases on actual situation.

• Proposal and report to M grade in term of solution/ improvement on team.

• Monthly reporting responsible for certain part of purchasing.

• Strengthen & build up team and arrange training to team.

Others:

• Other works assigned by managers.
